Does sending a request confirm my appointment?
No. Submitting the internal Request Appointment form sends a request to the clinic. The clinic reviews it during clinic hours and contacts you to confirm availability. This is separate from completing a booking through RecallMax.
Can I just call instead?
Yes. Call 416-220-0404 during clinic hours. Calling is often the fastest way to arrange a visit, especially for the same week.
What should I do about an urgent dental problem?
Call the clinic rather than sending a form. Severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or serious facial trauma needs urgent medical care.
